No complaints about either the car or the service at the airport- however I was charged an additional airport fee and a late pickup fee despite my rental voucher saying both were included. After several emails I eventually have got a partial refund but their "customer service" department's complaint process seem to be set onto ignore no doubt hoping that you will eventually go away and give up.
Will never use them again - it would have been cheaper to book direct.
