I know this is late but i have been meaning to commend the Store in Bathgate since June this year. In the past i have had bad experiences with Specsavers but as i was in Bathgate visiting relatives i decided to call in for an eye test as i had been too busy to book an appointment at home with my usual optician. I cannot praise Mr Douglas White, the Store Manager, and the staff there enough. Also I would like to thank Mr Khoo, the Optician, who gave me my eye test. Their Professionalism was exemplary so much so i decided to order a pair of glasses after my eye test. I always find selecting a pair of spectacles difficult but Mr White and the staff went out of their way to assist with my choice and i was highly delighted with the end product. My glasses were posted down to Whitby, where i live, for me to collect. I will be going back to Specsavers, in Bathgate, for my next eye test and also for new specs if needed. The staff in Bathgate treated me with consideration and respect especially Mr White. I would have preferred to send this review directly to the Head Office via e-mail but was unable to find an address. I would appreciate Mr Douglas White and the staff at Bathgate Opticians receiving some sort of commendation for their kind and thoughtful service which i received.
