Terrible Customer Support. They are ok until you got a problem. Once you have problem, customer support are absolutely unhelpful. I was billed wrongly twice in my past years but they never accepted their faults even though their faults were so obvious from anyone's view. I have written to HQ about it but they have never come back. Then this time I was charged for late payment for last three months. They said, as I had changed my payment details, transaction was slow. I HAVE NOT CHANGED ANY PAYMENT DETAILS!! It was their admin problem, but again, they never admit their problem and blame my bank. Utterly Rubbish.
