I attended the LA Fitness in Southgate on a £12 one day pass in an attempt to make up my mind if I would like to join; one of the 2 classes I had booked got cancelled and no-one was bothered to let those waiting in the class know; due to some other issues they were kind enough to offer me a one-week pass but that only made me clearly decide never to join their club: teachers are clearly bored and not motivating, classes get cancelled on a regular basis with NO ONE ever letting you know though they have ur name and number, sauna/steam room constantly break down so with all these going on I just cancelled my last classes and never attended anymore. But it did not end here, as they started using my number for marketing purposes, calling & texting every few days with their offers! And although I've spoken to girls at reception, branch manager, headoffice, marketing team, I still get the damn texts!! I would NEVER recommend anyone joining in, it's a gym for lazy people with money. But that's just my opinion :) Ginuca
