We took our car to KWIK FIT to have a puncture repaired. A new lad was there, and he did our tyre. I could tell he was new because he kept asking one of the older men there if he had done something right, or what he should do next. It wasn't until the job was done that we saw the damage to the alloy wheel, which the man in charge said was already there. It was obvious from the lads shifty and uncomfortable behaviour that he was feeling guilty about something, but because the older man insisted that the damage was done previously, we realised there would be little use in pursuing the complaint.
We now use NATIONAL TYRES, a far more PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
