Staff seem uninterested. Visited the Westbourne Grove store three times with cash in hand to purchase a folding bike and found it difficult to get attention. Ended up going to Simpson Cycles due to their helpful phone manner. Simpsons took the time to asked questions and make suggestions. These are basic sales skills but helpful for business. Spent GBP1500. I have been to the Fulham Evans Cycles for accessories (light) and found them more helful.
