I have dealt many times with Lambda without problems including this time. However I have marked customer services down because of the one time I had problems, they were rude and I felt that they did not believe me when the wrong inkjet cartridge was delivered. It was ridiculous the amount of time I had to spend correcting this fault that was nothing to do with me. However it was eventually sorted. I believe that Lambda are an excellent place to buy because of price, delivery and speed. It is when something goes wrong that is the real test of an organisation and customer service, in my opinion, first thought is that the customer is trying it on when something goes wrong. With regards to the website there is lots and lots of room for improvement. When buying inkjet cartridges they are not grouped together per printer, how silly is that. If I want 8 cartridges I have to order them seperately and after each one the "continue shopping" button does not return me to where the others are so I need to navigate to find them. Go look at Valueshop.co.uk and see how their order process works when you can order all of your cartridges in one go. They are slightly more expensive mind
