Ordered these products from Wiggle.co.uk on October 19th, 2009 was told they would arrive on time for my next race. 18 days later no sign of the order, the order was shipped without tracking or insurance so no way of ever finding out what has happened to it. E-mail "Jo" at customer services who was unfreindly and uncreative in dealing with the issue, which has now turned in to a complaint. After the second e-mail "Jo" decided to cut and paste her last reply in all other e-mails she responded to.

I suggest that you select your online retailer very carefully and spend you hard earned monies at a retailer that will work hard to offer excellent service not just some pack and ship cowboy outfit!
