I have a Amex card from Virgin, but when a payment was made to the card it went to Amex blue's bank account with Lloyds TSB! Amex have after more than 2 months not rejected the payment after loads of phone calls to them. They even refuse to talk to my bank to try and resolve the matter! Me as a Amex customer, have not been able to speak with them either! Why can they not provide better customer service? Or let us talk to a human being to try and resolve matters?? I wish they would treat their customers with a bit of dignity! Come on Amex Blue, or Lloyds TSB, please do the right thing and sort out the payment from the 3rd September and transfer it back so I can transfer it ti HSBC where Virgin Amex have their account!
