I always thought Virgin were fairly good (as I have been with them for a number of years) from their customer service to their tarrifs etc, even though thier choice of phones were fairly limited.
UNTIL recently, when I moved job and had to contact them to sort out a few problems (no signal in new building).I am not sure how long they have had 'foreign' call centre's as well as their uk one/s but it is very frustrating when you are trying to sort things out. On more than one occasion I end up having to repeat myself 3 or 4 times, they cannot understand me, I cannot understand them. A complete waste of time. Because of the lack of signal and crappy foreign call centre's, this is why I am now moving away from Virgin and recommend people think twice before considering them.
