I'm in full agreement with the other commentators on the shortcomings of CityLink. I've twice had cards left by the delivery person where the package number was illegible or just not filled in, so that you can't even call to arrange another delivery (as the automated phone service to do this requires the number.)
As an Edinburgh resident, their relocation of the depot to Livingston, and particularly to a place unreachable by public transport, renders this 'delivery service' useless. If I'd wanted to go shopping in Livingston I would have bought a car. I don't. I order things on the internet to have them brought to me. I am now going to contact Amazon, of which I have been a firm fan for several years, to let them know that if they continue to use CityLink as their courier I can no longer buy from them.
I don't know why they have to get any stars at all.
