The car seemed to be underpowered. After driving it for less than 6 hours over 1 1/2 days, we could barely make it up the hill to our B&B. It took them 2 days to get us a replacement. There was never any apology for our inconvenience. And then to add insult, when returning to the USA, there was a 589 Euro charge to our credit card; then yesterday a certified letter arrived from Palermo stating they were charging us for a new clutch. We rented the car thru Auto Europe in the USA who is now trying to sort out the problem. We are appalled and fuming with this treatment!
