Purchased a Sony Ericcson C905 on contract -- lovely phone to begin with, but soon developed a recurring fault. When sent away for the second time for repair, the handset was LOST!! I was eventually (after 2 weeks) told that they had mailed me a replacement handset, and it was late in arriving because of the Royal Mail strikes. It's now 3 weeks and I have just been informed by customer services that they had lied to me - no replacement is available and I MUST accept a substitute. I WOULD, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, EVER USE THIS FIRM AGAIN, AND STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
