Never ever again! That company is hidden in the EU cloud so from switzerland i am not able to contact them. they have an e-mail addr. but never ever there is an reply. the camera was faulty there is no bill delivered with the camera. i have paid the delivery cost inside the bill and it was deducted from my visa card. Still now i got an bill from UPS for the same again, i'll not pay it! I'll also not phone them on the tel they collect money again instad a serving me. the company is hidden in paris, if it is a company at all? I'm pissed off about the PIXMANIA.

    All our products have a 7 day money back guarantee and a 15 day guarantee for an exchange.

    If a product is faulty within this time Pixmania will then arrange for the return of your item. In order to arrange a collection for heavy items our Transport Team needs to contact the courier. When a collection is requested it takes between 24-48 hours for a courier to come and collect the item.

    If the item is not heavy then Pixmania will refund the return postage (Standard registered mail). In order to get a refund on your return postage costs, please send your return postage receipt by fax to 00 33 17 080 7204. We also need the bank details to process the refund.

    Please note that a returns coupon and explanation of the returns process are also found online by logging in to your Pix&I account.
