Went to the penarth road store, I couldn't wait to get out of there. The sales staff are real tools, they want you deposite even before you arrange any money or payment plans, they then keep. Changing the payment plan and this back an forth
to the manager to get the better deal ( only valid that day for some reason) well I never bought from them an never will
step foot in there again.... Yes car credit springs to mind in the way they deal with customers hopefully this company will go bust just like that ..... Stay away try anywhere else ( I'd give Williams motor co just up the road from them a very very wide berth as well )

The taking of a deposit is an essential part of the sales process, as with most new and used car retailers. I can assure you we do not ask for a deposit until we are certain you intend to purchase the vehicle.
