The worst insurance company I have ever used. DO NOT USE them. They have bad customer service, not just in the stores but also at head office (the bloke was Practically shouting at me over the phone). They are only interested in taking your money. The are not reliable, they do not listen and have no interest in there customer. I cannot think of a single think that is good about Swinton Insurance and will not be renewing with them, no doubt they will find a way to swindle some money out of me at re-newel time.
