We have hired cars from most Hire Companies in Mallorca and Record are by far the WORST!!! Apart from the fact that the car was absolutely filty, there appeared to be a flat tyre. On checking ALL of the tyres needed plenty of air suggesting that the staff hadn't checked the tyres for some time and one tyre hardly had any at all, making this rather dangerous to drive away. There was no water in the windscreen and we could hardly see out of the dirty windscreen. The wing mirror was so cracked it was of no use and there was no warning triangle. The car was also several years old. All in all I would rather pay more than put our lives in danger by hiring from Record again. Even the girl on reception suggested I write in as she was fed up with customers complaining. She said she wouldn't hire from Record herself.
