Most reviewers have had bad experiences with HDNL, so here's a good one. Ordered a kettle from Amazon and was given a tracking link which worked without having to enter any numbers etc - excellent. Package marked as out for delivery at 07:30 today, we are some 15 miles from the depot. Delivered late morning, no fuss. Our house has a name, not number, so sometimes delivery drivers don't find it particularly as the satnav postcode point is 300 metres up the street from us. This driver did find us, and was courteous, polite and efficient. But we were in to receive it, and we didn't have to phone them, so not a real test I guess. One would assume that most people who have this kind of good experience would not leave a review.
