Please please please DO NOT list any of your properties using these agents. They are a cheat, Liars, and most of all they do not get you the best offer.

They would rather sell to whom ever they prefer, than give the vendor an option. I had put in a higher offer than this other buyer but still the agent decided to sell to them. The vendor was not aware of this, but once they found out it was too late.

They wasted my time, and I lost out on many other properties and also I lost out on my survey money, they are liars and I do not recommend any one using their services, whether buying or selling.

They should not be allowed to operate! I hope they close down and go bankrupt!
