I would call Eclipse the most unethical ISP in the UK. They completely disregard their oligations and vioate the contract by increasing the prices twice in 5 months from promised £15.99 to £20 without any explanation!
The speeds are apalling, so that the browser times out and disconnects regular. Customer service is totally unhelpful and mind! If you wish to leave them you will have to pay the remaining cost of the contract: at the rate on the signup day ? current rate? Or future anannounced price increases rate?
Unless litigation with a good prospect of winning is your hobby, avoid this ISP!
