Dune products have really gone downhill in recent times. Is it possible they are using a cheaper manufacturer but still charging the same (fairly high) prices? I've bought 2 items recently, boots that decorative bits started to fall off with weeks of wear and a bag that I'd had longer but only used a handful of times and the buckle came off too.

Dune customer 'services' attitude seems to be "you bought it - tough luck". Whatsmore, if you buy anything online you have to send any returns at your own costs. It can work out really expensive as obviously a box with boots/shoes in it isn't light. As annoying as it can be, you'll always get items that are faulty. What matters is the retailers attitude to the inconvenience and unhappiness that causes you. Dune don't give a stuff and for that reason I will never buy anything from them again.
