have 2 cars on an Admiral multi car policy. Was told that they would get me'great price'' if I put my sons car on when it is due if I move to them..therefore would have 3 cars on the policy. Just been quoted far higher adding it to the multi car than the renewal with existing insurer ( Quinn ) ...asked how come, were just told over and over' car insurance is a huge business, we cannot always compete'...this is after their opening message on the phoe is'if you have more than one car in your household, insure with us on a multi-car Policy- its the cheapest way to insure multiple vehicles'.....the staff were rude, unhelpful, hard to understand and ignorant. Like many companies, they are all sweetness until they have your money, then they show their true colours. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. and will be removing both my existing vehicles at the earliest opportunity.
