We booked a car in April to use on holiday Septmber, and received confirmation of booking. Upon arrival on the Gold Coast our travelling party (3 ladies) used the instructions on the confirmation to ring this company. To our copmplete surprise we were told that they were very sorry but there was no vehicle for us, as the vehicle booked had not been returned. We asked if they could help us organise another vehicle or come and pick us up at the airport and take it back to their offices to sort it out and were told they were busy with other customers. After several phonecalls back and forward, of which we were getting pretty annoyed, we were told not to come down to their premises, as they saw this as a threat and would have us removed, we finally had the manager call us back and he phoned another company to help. The customer service of this company was absolutely disgusting and they couldn't have cared less if we were put out. You would think if a company can not honour the booking regarldess of the circumstances they would do their utmost to help you out. I would never use them again. The company that we used (cant's say on this site - it does not allow)were fantastic.
