I should get up to 20mb speed with virgin broadband but what i really get is 1 to 3mb most of the time (some times when I watch youtube it stops for buffering) how does this happen with up to 20mb speed!!!??.
They have installed 3 weeks ago and when I rang them to tell them about the low speed they said they will solve it but they have not yet. moreover, when I rang them thy kept me on hold for about 30mins or maybe more yesss more than 30 mins!!!??
In addition to the late of installation (11 days to come and install it)
