On arriving home last night a delivery note had been posted through my letter box by Home Delivery Network stating that they had called and no one was available. No one in the house had ordered any mail delivery which meant that it had obviously been delivered to the wrong address. The detail on the card only had the delivery date, reference number and contact number. I did not contain any details of the intended recipient or the supplier. To try and resolve matters I rang the contact number. This was the first brick wall that I hit because it is an automated number which only allows you to reschedule delivery. I then tried the web site. Again you cannot speak to a customer representative. The only options are to reschedule or pick up from the depot. There is not even an email address to write to to explain the problem. What a joke. There is a parcel at their depot which is not mine that has to be collected in 12 days and you cannot speak to anyone to tell them that they have delivered to the wrong address.
