they lost our bags and and to report this you have to go through a call center in New Delhi.boy what a runaround they give you,all my contact numbers and delivery address were in the san francisco bay area ,but somehow they sent our bags to las vegas.it took 5 days for our bags to show up.if you call to complain guess where your call goes yeah thats right New Delhi, give them the runaround and maybe they will just go away,their customer service sucks.
