it really isnt that bad if people wernt ringing up changing there services all the time. i rang them to sign up 1 week later a guy came to install my services and give me a modum help me set it up on my computer. i bought a phone a couple of days later and then virgin rang me up to deliver a t.v box for me. i had that for about a month and decided to upgrade to v+ hd.
people read the bloody small print!!!!! no company will keep you at the same rate. Most people who complain about virgin media are people who are in dept with them i love virgin media i love them
