Totally inefficient and thoroughly dishonest. I have now contacted HDNL on FOUR occasions be telephone in an attemp to have an item delivered to a business at Cannock. On the last three occasions promises were made and not kept. On the first occasion I was given incorrect information. HDNL have no strenghts and a multitude of weaknesses. What I really would have liked to know prior to becoming involved with HDNL is that they were a company to avoid at all costs.
