We have been to dreams for the second time, the first time was last year when we purchased a king size bed plus mattress, when it arrived the headboard was scratched in two places, this was not a cheap bed costing £1300 plus the mattress, but when it was put together the pillows covered the scratches so i put it down to bad look and the thought of waiting 6 weeks for a replacement and the 45 minutes on the phone to customer services, filled me with dread.
Like a total idiot we went back to dreams about a month ago and purchased a single bed and mattress costing £370, the mattress was fine but the metal framed bed was rusty dented and damaged, however the parts department is replacing the main damaged section, they answered the phone straight away. I could not, however get through to the customer services department and after an hour on the phone i gave up.
