Shifty. Initially very keen to help but this changed when we actually found what we wanted. Viewed the property but agent had no details except basic room description, couldn't even say if freehold or leasehold. As potential buyers in a strong position we have been annoyed at calls not being returned after putting in an offer and disturbed that the agent has refused to send us a HIP - which is illegal unless they have a clear reason (they haven't supplied one), and they have done everything they can to dissuade us from wanting to view the HIP. We have to take time off work and visit their office. Very poor, will/would avoid them if possible.
