A driver, who for some reason decided to overtake as our car as it was turning right, drive into the front drivers side . Though told many times to claim from this driver they treated it as joint responsibility with potential loss of no claims bonus. They said the other driver just refused to reply to any letters but in the end they did agree to take it to court two years after the accident. But after all this the car insurance was moved and they then promptly dropped the outstanding claim with no further communication to us. .
