Similar to all the other reviews I am in disbelief at the awfulness of the Co op banks internet banking.

Just some of my gripes:

-I am regularly unable to log on to my account out of business hours, unbelievable

-I regularly get errors that throw me out of the account

-I try it on all browsers and it is awful on all of them

-It is clunky and feels like a student has programmed it and it is still in a beta testing stage as it is so basic compared to all the other banks

I wrote to the coop and was told that they are planning to improve the system but as always that was over a year ago and nothing has got any better.

I am with the co op for their ethical banking but within the next 6 months I am going to change over to Triodos as they are even more ethical than the co op and their internet banking system is modern and far superior.

What a shame that I have to move business accounts.
