I was an Aol customer for many years and stuck with them purely because I thought that I would lose my email address if I moved. I got so fed up with getting booted out of the internet and then having to speak to someone in a far away country whose command of the English language was poor that I thought I can't be anyworse off by moving to another provider.I did a lot of research and then decided to move to o2 about a year ago.They have been fantastic- thier phone support is brilliant[ and UK based too :) and the cost is really reasonable . I can't recommend them highly enough .
