I visited the showroom the purchase the fire. The service I received was excellent and therefore we able to make an informed choice.

I purchased an LPG hole in the wall gas fire which arrived about 2 weeks later. Unfortunately the wrong fascia was sent with the fire and 2 months on I am still waiting for the correct order. The company is unbelievably difficult to get hold, the receptionist refuses to forward any calls to individuals but insists that any queries should be put via an e-mail only.

I would not recommend this company the customer service and after-sales support does not match the level and quality of service received in the actual showroom. It seems the main mission of the receptionist is not to put any calls through to staff. Considering she is the first point of contact for any telephone queries not the best advert for the company! Please somebody sort out my missing order!!!!
