Supercover Insurance go by various name . One of which is Gadget Cover and Insure and Smile. They are the Worst, most dubious, and conniving insurance, Ever. I made a claim for my laptop which got stolen from my car. The laptop insurance had been taking out in february, and i paid for the full year. I then made a claim this october. I have provided them with everything they requested, 4 weeks later(supposed to take 48hours replacement). They said my claim was authorised, a few days later they then come back and said it still in progress. They took out £75 premium fee from my account. When i made the claim.It been 5 weeks and still no replacement laptop. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. read the fine print of any insurance you do, as most of them are owned by supercover insurance.
