Unable to get Freeview properly due to signal problems so a local TV shop installed a dish and Goodmans Freesat box. Have had no problems since with sound or picture quality. Paid approx. £200 to include installation, set up and instruction. However, we were unaware that some other products are NOT compatible with Freesat ie. DVD recorder, which is NOT shown on website descriptions nor even on Sony's website. Now have recorder unable to use as retailer will not exchange. Did not ask the right questions before buying! Beware!!

I found this review helpful because...my parents also have difficulty getting freeview reception
