I am disgusted!! I changed my car over as the previous one on the policy had been scrapped. I spoke to an 'advisor' on the phone who told me my new policy price and I asked to pay for the year upfront. They have been taking a monthly direct debit from my account each month and said that I only paid up front for the cost to change my car over!!! They passed me from pillar to post an have all refused to give me back my money.

DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
