Decided to book lessons with kan kan after not having lessons for 8 yrs..i was about to pay 99 for 10 lessons and waited nervously for my instructor. 10 mins late-then 20 mins late so i phoned them up ony to be told that there was a system failure and my appointment had failed to register even though she had all my details when i rang up,so i had no lesson after preparing all morning for it. I was given an apology and was told my instructor wil ring me to sort something out, no one phoned me for 2 days so i phoned them again and told them to forget about my instructor phoning me and i decided to book with someone else! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!
