I purchased a voucher from 'fun activity superstore'costing me £97.99, unfortunately 4 months down the line and many an email later I still have not received my voucher. Having followed exactly what I was told to do to ensure my voucher's safe arrival I am still waiting!! The customer service is awful, being fobbed off with a 'system error', 4 months is a long time to have a system error. I feel robbed of nearly £100. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Given as a gift to someone its embarrassing.
