I purchased a graphics card from overclockers initially everything delivered on time and prompt. About 4 months down the line had a reaccuring fault being new to system building wasnt sure of what it was, I did think it was windows drivers corrupting. I decided to send graphic card back as it was in its 12 month gurrantee it was a proven manufacturing fault however they sent me a replacement which was inferior I tried to argue my point and that I should have got store credit but because the card was a newer model they assumed it was as good or better. I gave up and was just unhappy I would not recommend them the whole process also took about 2 months.
