I bought a laptop from here which I thought was good value for money and I was pleased with it until I started to use it frequently. The keyboard was intermittently faulty so I took it back to get a refund, in the mean time I had also found a laptop which was better value for money else where. When I arrived I had to wait for 10 minutes to be served and the guy didn't believe me although I had been told I could take it back within 7 days if I didn't want it as long as I had the original packaging. Finally after half an hour of bickering with a currys employee from the warehouse (he didn't know anything about it!) and him not being able to get someone else because they were understaffed he gave me the refund. It wasted 45 minutes of my time and there was even someone else behind me who had to return another laptop!
