I have used BT-Store twice for purchase of international airline tickets. Their price is the best I could find and I never had any problems with the tickets or the reservations. The last time there was a problem with my credit card information. I did not understand why they were not accepting the card. After three or four emails and one phone call, the problem was resolved. The error was mine. The email responses were immediate, thoughtful, thorough and accurate. The phone call that was required took only three or four minutes. It was complicated, but if they had not been so thorough and security conscious someone else would of been charged for my ticket. I highly recommend this company, both for their excellent prices and their excellent customer service.
