Bradley Bird was my case worker. He was excellent and worked hard to get things sorted. I have now taken a top up loan on an existing loan and although I think the interest rate is quite high and FLM are taking advantage of people who are unable to get credit, I was treated fairly and didn't feel as if anyone was looking down their noses at me! Information is given freely and they leave no stone unturned. I am just waiting for the loan funds to actually be placed into my guarantors account which should be tomorrow. Big thumbs up especially to Bradley.
