So far DHL have proved to be rubbish. They have said that they tried to deliver to my house in Watford twice and this was not true. They did not leave a card or speak to my neighbour. - As I was in for the 2 days waiting for this package I will be contacting the firm that sent me some important items and recommend that they do not use DHL any more. Trying to phone the DHL depot by phone is impossible - there are no contact numbers on the website for Borehamwood and you have to go onto Goodle to search. Even then the numbers either do not ring or they are out of date. This firm is rubbish
