Do not use this website. We ordered and paid for an Acer Netbook in August which never arrived. Cancellation was eventually confirmed but despite numerous emails bouncing back & forth across the Atlantic with ludicrous excuses, it has taken two months and official complaints filed to the BBB and FTC in the USA to finally get a refund. Beware there is no contact telephone number available and they attempt to delay & delay until you either give up or, file complaints against the Company. It is not worth any small saving - purchase from a reputable UK based company.
