I signed up with Virgin Media 4 months ago and am still having problems trying to reclaim money they've taken from me. The deal looked good to start with, but things soon changed after I signed up for 12 months. The bills are different each month (for exactly the same service) and they charged me £30 for their "FREE" installation! Plus their customer service is horrendous.
Avoid this company at all costs.
