Hi
I looked into Virgin Media, with a view to taking out a Package including Broadband, TV XL and phone, but the reviews didn't seem too promising for customer service. Eventually I decided to try them and proceded to the online website where I filled in my details. When ready to confirm, their website froze, I re entered my requirements several times but with no luck, eventually I gave up. Two days later Virgin Media phoned me up asking whether I would like to proceed with the order. I said no, I'd had second thoughts because of what I had read on customer support, from other users. Before I had chance to finish she had put the phone down... Say no more!!
