To be perfectly honest, comments o this site troubled me prior to deciding to buy our new Coachman from Glossop Caravans. Thank goodness, the experience of others on this site was NOT our experience last weekend.



We placed a refundable deposit on the 'van before setting off on the 160+ mile journey, and when we got there, all the staff that we came into contact with were polite and welcoming. Once we'd decided to buy the van, arrangements were made for us to bring along our existing Coachman to swap over the 'mover' and we were offered the facility to stay the night on the premises (with hookup and water provided) in the new van to make sure that there were no problems withy the new Coachman. We were also given a key to open the gate to leave the compound after closing time should we wish, to go to a nearby pub for a meal.



The professional attitude of Sales, Reception, Workshop, Cleaners, Security and the Dispatch staff ensured that our purchase went like clock-work and that we were satisfied with our new van. What more could we wish for?
