Absolutely appalling. I wish it was possible to put the stars into negatives. Installation took almost two months. The guy wrote my mobile number down wrong when they came to set up the account (because they had to check in person whether they could install it first for some stupid reason) so that when the engineer couldn't come because of the weather, they couldn't get hold of me. Obviously they didn't bother calling my work number or sending me an e-mail, both of which were right. Then it took a further two weeks before someone could come out because they had to re-book it. I called about five times to register a complaint and no-one ever got back to me even to apologise. Now they're charging me £20 for cancellation because I'm moving, despite the fact that if they'd got it installed straight away instead of taking 7 weeks to get it done, I would have been at the end of the contract anyway. There is no way I'm going anywhere near them again.
