I received the code promptly, but company failed to send correct instructions as to how to enter the code.

I received 4 sets of numbers which I started to enter at the "Enter Subsidy Password" prompt.

After attempt # 2, I was locked out with a "Contact Service Provider" message.

I emailed Customer Service who eventually told me that I should have tried entering the 2nd set of numbers. And how was I supposed to know this??

Customer Service did actually spend time on email trying to resolve the problem, but if the instructions to customers were clear from the outset, I would have had have an unlocked phone within a few minutes.

Needless to say, I got a refund on a Monday and was greatly inconvenienced as I needed a spare phone urgently on the Saturday before.
